- Oven-safe for quick browning
- Not suitable for dishwashers. Clean with hot water and degreasing products
- Dry thoroughly after each wash, do not leave to soak
- Multi-layer PTFE-coated fine steel. Slightly flared shape (5 mm shrinkage)
- Optimised length for cooking on a hotplate or grill
